The entrees include the like of Seafood Chowder, Oysters, Stewart Island smoked salmon and Moroccan lamb salad. The 'mains' include signature dishes of New Zealand Lamb Rack, Reef and Beef, and Seafood Platter. Wild Fiordland Venison, Roasted Pork Belly and Karitane Crayfish all feature too.
