前菜には、シーフードチャウダー、オイスター、スチュワートアイランド産スモークサーモン、モロッカンラムサラダなどがあります。メイン料理には、ニュージーランド産ラムラック、リーフ＆ビーフ、シーフードプラッターなどのシグネチャーディッシュがあります。ワイルドフィヨルドランド産ジビアソン、ローストポークベリー、カリタネ（ニュージーランド産の特産品）のロブスターもあります。
