Enjoying a lakeside setting on Marine Parade, Botswana Butchery is a chic and stylish restaurant that's a firm favourite in Queenstown. A luxurious interior includes log fires, a bar and private dining room suites.
The menu features a broad selection of meats from the 'butchers block' including Merino Lamb, Angus Porterhouse, Wild Fiordland Venison Rack, Pork Shoulder and Whole Rib of Prime Steer. From the ocean, guest can enjoy salmon, prawn and big eye tuna dishes. A set menu can be offered to guest of over eight people.
Botswana Butchery offer al fresco dining to enjoy the views, while a number of private dining suites are available from two people up to 30. On the first floor, there is a bar and entertainment area which includes a private lounge for groups up to 25.
