Fergbaker

Fergbaker is situated on Shotover Street next door to its sister Fergburger establishment. Visitors to the bakery can choose from a selection of freshly made pies including Fiordland Deer and Portotbello mushroom and rump steak and cheese.

The busy takeaway, features a good choice of sandwiches and freshly baked bread with rye, ciabatta, crusty baguettes, and garlic cheese fougasse and Ferg sourdough.

If you're after something sweet, try the blueberry pie, apple pie or, the warm pecan pie which comes with ice cream and cream. Delicious chocolate brownies, cookies, tarts and cheesecake are more reasons why the Fergbaker normally has a queue onto the street.
