The Blue Kanu blends Pacifica and Asian cultures together to create a style the restaurant calls 'Polynasia'.

Centrally located in Church Street, the restaurant and bar offers Queenstown diners a new style of cuisine. By combining the healthy, exotic and fresh components of Asian cuisine, with Pacific influence and ancient spices, Blue Kanu delivers a new type of cultural soul food to the Central Otago region.

Blue Kanu seats 75 people inside with table, bench and booth seating, while there is seating for a further 30 outdoors in the warmer months of summer.
