Situated centrally on Barry Avenue in Cromwell, Anderson Park covers 14.7 hectares, while the college playing fields add another 4 hectares.
The park was developed in the 1980's and includes a number of paths for walking and cycling.
Anderson Park features a college gym and auditorium which are open to the public, nine tennis courts, netball courts, a swimming pool, Cromwell Rugby Football Club and a number of sports playing fields.

Close to the park and overlooking Lake Dunstan, is Old Cromwell, a historic attraction that features reconstructed buildings of the 1860's gold town of Cromwell. There's a selection of quaint cafes, galleries and gift shops to pick up reminders of a different era.
