Over The Top Golf

A must for golf enthusiasts, Over The Top Golf brings you an unforgettable experience that lets you play on the most spectacular golf hole New Zealand.

Only accessible by helicopter, the altitude golfer can fly in, drive, chip, and putt at 4500 feet, overlooking Queenstown and the Southern Alps.  Enjoying incredible views of Lake Wakatipu and mountainous peaks, it can rightfully claim to be the most picturesque golf green in the world.

There are four tees of varying distances to choose from with guests given the option to take on one of several challenges. Challenges include who can get their ball nearest to the pin, the longest putt and whether a player can score a hole in one. Your time on the course will last around an hour and a half. 

Visitors who want to spend more time enjoying the view can opt for a longer game accompanied by a caddy.  These games last from two to three hours and include refreshments.

All packages include the cost of the helicopter flight to the course, which in itself is a thrilling experience. Options are available from local Golf Courses: The Hills, Jack's Point and Millbrook Resort.

The golf course can also be booked for private functions including weddings and corporate events with packages including refreshments and a golfing challenge.
