An extensive menu for sharing, features a choice of sushi dishes, soy infused lamb fillets, wagyu beef, crab tempura and the Hotate Grill which brings together grilled scallops, furikake rice balls, ponzu asparagus, saffron cream and tomato and ginger relish.
