Nestled in a beautifully restored farm building with its distinctive sloped roof, this lively venue offers a unique dining experience centred around shared plates and a vibrant bar atmosphere.  There’s plenty of palate pleasing surprises to leave you thirsty for more, including The Manure Room's signature, self-guided wine flight.

Whether you're perched at the high seats at the bar or tucked into a cozy nook, every corner of The Manure Room invites you to relax and immerse yourself in this most sumptuous setting. Good food and drink, great company, and a warm ambiance.

The Burr Bar
Once the homestead of the farm’s founding owner, William Paterson, The Burr Bar has been transformed into an intimate, cozy, and luxurious watering hole. It embodies everything a bar should be — inviting, relaxed, and impeccably appointed.  Discover our specialty in expertly crafted cocktails, served with a backdrop of breathtaking mountain views and sun-drenched patio seating. Pair your drinks with our delicious snack menu.

The Barrel Room
Nestled among 56 aging wine barrels and featuring a grand piano at its centre, The Barrel Room is the home of Ayrburn wine tastings, and for good reason.  This subterranean sanctuary promises unbeatable ambiance.  Wine tastings occur daily, on the hour from 11:00am until 17:00pm.  Guests should allow 45 minutes to enjoy this experience. Pre-bookings are recommended for wine tastings, but walk-ins are always accommodated where possible.

Our central social lawn and stage offers an outdoor venue to customise and enjoy as your own.  Whether you want to pull up a deck chair, visit a market, attend a concert, or hire out for your own private event, The Dell offers variety for a multitude of events and entertainment and is the heart of good times.

The Dell is open all day for you to enjoy. Often, we'll have events on for you to join.

The Dairy
The Dairy offers a tale of sweetness with ice creams and milkshakes to evoke nostalgic memories and create cherished moments.  A charming spot with outdoor benches surrounded by flowerpots, The Dairy offers the perfect afternoon treat or a refreshing end to a delicious meal.

The Bakehouse
As inviting as it sounds, The Bakehouse is your go-to for all day dining, to enjoy here or to take away.  Our breakfast menu is available from 9:00am until 11:30am, with our lunch and dinner options being served from 11:30am until 8:00pm.
