オーナー兼シェフのマーティン・ジェイムスとシェフのスティーブン・クレイトンは、クイーンズタウンでのベテランレストラン経営者として、高級料理を軽視し、オーガニックなガストロパブの雰囲気の中で「草の根」の料理に焦点を当てています。

大きなテーブルと興味深い飾りが特徴の店内は、南島の小道具とクイーンズタウンの過去の遺物がミックスされたもので、社交的な雰囲気を醸し出しています。天井に吊るされた動く鳥かごや、レストランへの入口の1つとしても機能する赤いニュージーランドの電話ボックスの扉などがあります。

メニューには、鹿肉、鳥肉、豚肉、牛肉、シーフード、野菜料理の豊富な選択肢があります。さまざまな種類の「スナック」と「甘いおやつ」もお楽しみいただけます。ワインリストは誇らしげにオタゴ（ニュージーランド南島の地域）をベースにしており、さまざまな国際的なお酒も取り揃えており、どんな好みにも合うものがあります。
