Choose from a half-day or full-day electric bike hire starting from 3 Searle Lane, central Queenstown. The team provides a full electric bike briefing and a detailed trail map with suggested routes. From Queenstown, the trail follows Lake Whakatipu’s shore to Frankton, then branches to the Kelvin Peninsula Trail towards Jack's Point or the Twin Rivers Trail towards the historic Old Shotover Bridge. For experienced riders, a 33km+ loop includes the Shotover Gorge Trail and Hugo Tunnel. All trails are off-road and away from traffic, offering diverse alpine and river scenery.
The electric bikes are primarily the Merida E-Big range, providing pedal-assisted power that allows you to ride further and faster with less effort than traditional mountain bikes.
