Description

The journey begins with a flight from Queenstown over the Tutoko Glacier, Skippers Canyon, the Paradise region (noted for Lord of the Rings and Hobbit filming locations), and the Donne Glacier. The Cessna aircraft has a 1-2 seating layout designed for comfort and optimal viewing. In winter, the aircraft are pre-heated for passenger comfort.

Three middle seats offer views out of both sides and the chance to sit alongside companions. Before taking off, guests receive a personal preflight briefing from the local pilot covering the flight map and scenic highlights.
