マーシャルパークは、アロータウンのバッキンガムストリートの頂上に位置しています。木々が暖かい夏の月に涼しい陰を提供しており、地元の人々や観光客にとってアルフレスコランチを楽しむ人気スポットです。

この小さな公園には、アン・ワッドワースとレイチェル・ヒラバヤシによる彫刻「Workings」があり、アロータウンの金鉱採掘と農業の歴史を反映しています。この公園は、先駆的な航空機操縦者、実業家、そして長きにわたりアロータウン自治体議会議員を務めたオーウェン・マーシャルにちなんで名づけられました。

この公園の場所は、カフェやレストラン、お店に近く、公園の裏手にあり、徒歩圏内にあるアロー川は『ロード・オブ・ザ・リング』シリーズで登場しました。クリアな水は「ブルイネンの渡し場」として使用されました。

また、公園の近くには、無料のアトラクションであるアロータウン中国人入植地もあり、金のラッシュ時代に幸運を求めてやってきた初期の中国人入植者の歴史を紹介しています。
