Carrick Winesは、Bannockburnのすぐ外に位置し、Pinot Noirに特化しています。広々としたセラードアはお客様を歓迎し、レストランはバノックバーン湾を見下ろす絵のよい場所に位置しています。

1993年に設立されたCarrick Vineyardは、ピノ・ノワール、シャルドネ、リースリング、ソーヴィニヨン・ブランの幅広いラインナップの試飲や販売を提供しています。敷地内のレストランは、地元のメニューがあり、どの料理にどのワインを合わせるかについての役立つテイスティングノートが提供されています。

季節ごとのメニューには、小皿、シェア用の盛り合わせ、ビーフサーロイン、ダックコンフィ、シーフード、ポテトニョッキなどを特集したメイン料理があります。

営業時間:

セラードア: 月曜日から日曜日: 10.00am - 4.30pm.  ご予約制です。  
レストラン: 木曜日 - 月曜日: 11.00am - 4.00pm.
