ベンディゴワイン産地の先駆者である、日差しに恵まれたクオーツリーフエステートぶどう園は、BioGro認定の有機栽培およびDemeter認定のバイオダイナミックです。ぶどうは手で収穫され、Rudi Bauerのビジョンと尊重と非干渉の哲学と組み合わされて醗酵されます。

ぶどう園は、エステートグローンメトードトラディショネールノンビンテージ、ヴィンテージ、ピノグリとピノノワールを生産しています。

ワイン試飲：

セラードアーでのワイン試飲は事前予約制です-月曜日から金曜日の12:00時から16:00時まで。30分から45分ほどお時間を取ってください。

ホストが、歴史、地域、およびワイン作りプロセスを案内し、当社のワインのレンジを試飲する中で、お客様をご案内します。
