Queenstown Primary School is focused on providing child learning with an emphasis on core numeracy and literacy skills. The school also concentrates on delivering relevant and interesting inquiry based curriculum topics that provide motivation to students. The school is equipped with about 200 computers and laptops, uses interactive whiteboards and continues to add additional communication technology devices to support teaching.
The school places effort on delivering an active outdoor programme with children learning to ski, skate and swim, explored many walks around the area and have gone camping numerous times.
