Mindfulness Painting with Sunny Sky

Come and join us in the gorgeous surroundings of the Nockie’s Palette Cellar Door overlooking Lake Hayes within the grounds of the Stoneridge Estate garden. Mindfulness Painting is an insightful exploration of self-discovery.

Nockie’s Palette is offering a 3-hour retreat combining art and painting with a wonderful selection of Nockie’s Palette wines, including Central Otago Rose and Pinot Noir from the Georgetown vineyard.  This event will be hosted by Sunny Sky who is an experienced art therapist and natural health practitioner.  Sunny combines her passion for art, colour therapy and energy healing with a guided meditative invitation to explore your creativity. ART is therapeutic and creativity can be a springboard to help shift mindset into a more joyous state.  This dedicated 3hr expressive retreat will cultivate motivation and inspiration.

This session includes: - Guided meditation - Nockie’s Palette wine - Gorgeous garden vistas - Art Instruction - Painting materials No art experience required. All ages are welcome and only those above 18 YO will be served wine.
